Employee Centre Transactional Advisor

If this sounds appealing then come join our Employee Centre team. In this role, you will provide guidance on using the SAP HR system and assist in maintaining accurate employee records. 

 

You will use your expertise to:
• Process HR/payroll related employee life cycle transactions in SAP accurately while ensuring proper audit controls are met
• Track all inquiries using ServiceNow as a case management system
• Refer appropriate inquiries to program specialists or leadership as necessary
• Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
• Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities as well as special projects or initiatives
• Identify gaps in internal processes, procedures, and documentation and recommend changes and additions as necessary

Must-haves (minimum requirements):
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in HR or an equivalent education
• Proficiency in SAP HR, Livelink, ServiceNow with the ability to navigate a variety of software products
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
• The drive to be highly motivated to work in an open, team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, operational environment

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:

• This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months
• You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
