Pension Project Advisor (Temporary)

Are you passionate and experienced in project administration and coordination? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to consider. In this temporary role, you will be supporting the pension and benefits teams to implement various integrated project initiatives. We are looking for a passionate professional with proven experience supporting multiple projects in various stages of development and implementation in the integration, systems and programs space.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Work across multiple areas of HR to support the implementation of pension and benefit projects
  • Support the pension and benefits team in developing and maintaining project plans, charters, logs and records
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with integrated team members to track project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Effectively collaborate, communicate and facilitate information sharing between stakeholders
  • Track and process invoicing and PO’s
  • Manage the various SharePoint & Livelink team sites and records
  • Produce and maintain project documents in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Coordinate and document outcomes from meetings with internal and external project stakeholders
  • Identify gaps and opportunities that impact business and project results

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Five years of project and administrative support expertise
  • Flexibility and ability to work at a fast pace, managing competing priorities, often while working independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential material and treat accordingly
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Teams

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:

  • The work location is flexible and you will be able to work remotely
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
  • This is a temporary position for a period of 18-24 months.
