In this position you will get the opportunity to work closely with the Customer Success Team to provide an outstanding customer experience and support to Suncor’s Wholesale customers. Suncor is implementing a new SAP and billing system which will require ongoing support from you and the team

Your primary role will be to assist Suncor’s customers and Sales Teams to grow the business.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Provide best in-class service and customer relationship management for existing and new wholesale customers
  • Coordinate with the sales teams and other support teams to set up new accounts, while ensuring the security and reliability of fuel supply to customers
  • Play a key role in creating proposals to help the sales teams acquire new business
  • Handle ad hoc customer inquiries and/or challenges resulting from our new billing system, and leverage your problem-solving skills to determine effective solutions
  • Capture customer activities within the D365 Customer Relationship Management system
  • Provide backup customer support for other Customer Success Representatives

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate business degree at an accredited university and returning to full-time studies after the work term

  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual English/French

  • This is a four- or eight-month work term, starting in May 2022
  • You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
