Workforce Analyst

In this analytical role, you will be responsible to support the building and maintenance of the Human Resources (HR) organizational structure within SAP.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Process various position and organizational management transactions using SAP and other online tools in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Partner with the business units to enable the integration between the HR organizational structure, the financial reporting objects and the information security access roles
  • Manage and execute audit processes to ensure the accuracy of data within the organizational structure
  • Assist with data analytics to support organizational management key performance indicators
  • Analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements
  • Manage incoming processing requests from a shared inbox

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Two years of work experience in HR within a large organization
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or another related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to build and develop strong professional relationships and quickly establish trust
  • The drive to collaborate with others in order to achieve the best results and deliver the most value
  • Project management and influencing skills with an ability to manage and organize multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Alignment with our values of: safety above all else, respect, raise the bar, commitments matter and do the right thing

Preference for:

  • One year of experience with SAP HR modules
  • Functional knowledge of HR policies, programs and processes

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other meaningful information:

  • You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
