Document Control Coordinator

You will use your expertise to:

  • Input, maintain, and organize asset and project records using corporate enterprise document management systems
  • Resolve issues and document control problems using a variety of standard methods
  • Perform regular formal records quality checks for document submissions
  • Select, classify, and analyze data from a variety of sources as well as responding to requests for information
  • Issue, route, and maintain engineering documents to ensure employees have access to accurate information easily and in a timely manner
  • Communicate and interface with third party engineering companies and construction companies to ensure accurate project information is available
  • Steward reports to provide statistical and general record information
  • Administer Management of Change (MOC) access as well as preparing action item stewardship reports
  • Coordinate and format regulatory compliance manual updates

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Six years of project engineering document control experience
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Knowledge of project management and technical document control systems, practices, and processes
  • A deep understanding of dynamic electronic and physical information workflows and life cycles
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word
  • A positive attitude, acute attention to detail, and you are able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at the same time
  • Good social skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Alignment with our values: safety above all else, stronger together, operational discipline, curiosity and lifelong learning, and act with integrity

Preference for:

  • A Bachelor degree
  • A registered public notary or the ability to attain your notary status
  • Working knowledge of the software and technology associated with managing engineering documentation such as instrumentation, electrical, mechanical and structure drawings
  • Demonstrated competence with enterprise electronic document management systems
  • Experience using AutoCAD

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:

  • You will work out of our Cheyenne District Office, located at 1715 Fleischli Parkway
  • Hours of work are typically a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
  • Relocation support will be provided
