Job Overview

Reporting to the team leader sales and services, you will be responsible for the handling of all incoming cash, payments and credit card payouts. You will ensure cash is posted, applied, and reconciled and that all outgoing credit card payments are processed and applied to the appropriate marketer.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for tracking, billing and payment of all non-fuel services
  • Responsible for contract vetting, pricing and audit packet creation for sales transactions
  • Reconcile and facilitate resolution on receivables regarding all billing discrepancies
  • Financial analysis and reporting on receivables, cash collection, and days sales outstanding
  • Map and maintain site level data within SAP and various online portals for branded marketers pass-through payments
  • Troubleshooting errors on inbound and outbound data feeds and facilitate resolution with information services and third party data processing vendors
  • Manage 1099/income filing and reporting for issued payments
  • Establish and understand the various types of payment terms, prompt pay discounts, and payment methods associated with each distribution channels
  • Perform daily credit card uploads and process daily bank withdrawal draft; troubleshoot errors encountered with uploads/files
  • Process and reconcile monthly and quarterly billing for all non-fuel services for retail and branded marketers

Required Qualifications

Experience and Education:

  • Four years’ experience in accounts receivable
  • Post-secondary degree, preferably in accounting, finance or business
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with advanced working knowledge of Excel and pivot tables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to superior and professional customer service
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
