Administrator Card Production

Job Overview

Reporting to the team leader card production, you will be responsible for monitoring business to business card orders for pre-paid, preferred price, and car wash unit cards, as well as processing replacement requests for lost, stolen, and demagnetized cards. You will be the onboarding coordinator for the department, handle invoicing and payables, and be responsible for added duties within order entry.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor incoming inquires through the inbox and distribute work where required
  • Process program requests for fuel saving cards, pre-paid gift cards and car wash cards
  • Answer general card product inquiries via phone or email
  • Identify shortfall of resources to meet tasks, prioritization coverage and solicit the required help
  • Identify, investigate and exercise discernment with potential fraud situations
  • Support activities to follow all PCI regulatory requirements
  • Support all card programs, processes and execution, including updating of User Manuals
  • Support card production invoicing and payables, purchase order creation, and identifying  cost saving opportunities
  • Support coverage of other department functions where necessary
  • Liaise with Customer Support Network for escalation from guests and process improvement
  • Lead the department onboarding process and the updating of training records

Required Qualifications

Experience and Education:

  • Order entry experience is an asset
  • Post-secondary education is required

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bilingual (English and French) is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Retail programs and card products that are required to support business programs
  • Working knowledge of payment systems and card data processes to complete payment transactions
  • Ability to consistently manage heavy workload with a sense of urgency and an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to face new challenges while working under tight timelines and multitasking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision and direction, seeking senior team member mentorship when necessary
