In this position, you will work closely with the channel specialists to track and report performance of multiple media channels including web, social media, email, retail and broadcast. You will be assigned to assist with the execution of various marketing activities.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Capture results and update performance reports on a regular basis, update channel reports and the integrated dashboard
  • Oversee the analysis of reports as required
  • Assist with sharing, distribution, and reporting of tracked results
  • Assist with day-to-day execution of marketing communications activities  including agency briefings, facilitating revisions, translation and approvals of creative with agency partners and business stakeholders
  • Determine the planning and implementation of content marketing via social media channels

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Current enrolment in 3rd or 4th year of a full-time degree in communications, marketing, or public relations at an accredited post-secondary institution, and returning to full-time studies after the work term

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other meaningful information:

  • You will work out of our Oakville office, located at 3275 Rebecca Street
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
  • This is a 4-month work term, from May 2019 to September 2019
