In this position you will get the opportunity to work closely with several sales groups and be responsible for growing Suncor’s national proprietary commercial fleet program, SuperPass. Your primary role will be to work with the integrated sales teams (inside sales, account managers, analysts, coordinators and managers) to grow and support the SuperPass commercial fleet business.

 

You will use your expertise to:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly analysis for various accounts using Business Warehouse (BW) Provide assistance to key accounts,
  • Develop and maintain score carding requirements for account managers including report generation of sales metrics.
  • Create sales prospecting lists; 
  • Assist with portfolio analytics and follow-up with accounts that are declining
  • Become the subject matter expert on SuperPass Online and independently manage a mailbox of escalated requests
  • Proactively identify areas of process improvement
  • Complete ad hoc requests, projects, reporting and analysis as needed

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • Current enrolment in 3rd or 4th year of a full-time business degree (preferred) at an accredited post-secondary institution, and returning to full-time studies after the work term

Preference for:

  • Prior industry experience
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to internal and external audiences
  • A self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset who is results oriented and motivated by accuracy

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other meaningful information:

  • You will work out of our Downstream head office in Mississauga, located at 2489 North Sheridan Way
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
